What is your return & replacement policy?

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for products purchased on our Site, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact;

  • The product is returned in its original packaging;

  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Products purchased during promotional sales, discounts, or as part of bundle offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped;

  • The product was damaged during transit;

  • The shipment was lost or delivery was incomplete.

For such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment along with photographic evidence.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when delivered;

  • It must be unused and unworn, with all tags and packaging intact;

  • A valid proof of purchase must be attached to the return request.

Please note:
Products returned after the 5-day window will not be accepted. Items returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition will not qualify for a refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@divinelink.com within the applicable time frame. Include the following details:

  • Order number;

  • Product name and description;

  • Date of purchase;

  • Reason for return or exchange;

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt);

  • Photographs of the product (especially in case of damage or incorrect shipment);

  • For exchanges, mention the item you wish to receive.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will contact you to arrange for a pickup and/or replacement.

4. Return Shipping Charges

The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Shipping charges covered by Divine Link (for both domestic and international shipments):

  • Wrong item dispatched;

  • Product damaged during transit;

  • Shipment lost or delivery incomplete;

  • Incorrect product variant shipped.

For all other cases, the return and exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

International Shipments

For international orders, shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by Divine Link only in the case of errors or damage as mentioned above. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges incurred during the return or exchange process will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

We recommend that international customers use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as Divine Link cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items during transit when customers arrange the return shipment themselves.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days;

  • The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used during the purchase;

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund, except in cases where the return is approved under error or damage conditions.

If denied:

  • We will notify you of the reason and the next steps.

Please note: Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.


6. Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale items, bundles, and combos cannot be refunded unless damaged or incorrectly shipped.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

7. Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned after 5 days from the delivery date;

  • Products used, worn, or damaged by the customer;

  • Products not returned in their original condition;

8. Damaged Products During Transit

If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@divinelink.com with photographs of the product. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

Please note that claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of the approval, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again;

  2. Contact your payment provider as processing delays may occur;
